1 Arrival at Alicante Airport
Important: If there is any delay or change to your booking time, please call us. Coordination is essential for a successful service.
Arriving at Alicante airport you will see the San Miguel brewery on your left. Continue straight ahead and you will start to see the elevated signs.
Follow the signs for DEPARTURES
Head to the departures terminal (upper level of the airport)
2 Meeting Point Location
Follow the signs for PARKING EXPRESS or AUTHORIZED ONLY. You will see a glass building with a very high roof: the Terminal 3 departures.
Take the barrier ticket
Do not lose it, we need it along with the key to move your vehicle.
Our team is waiting for you
At Meeting Point 2 (Punto de Concentración Nº2), opposite RITAZZA, inside the Express Parking at your booking time.
3 Vehicle Reception
Identification
Our staff wear a green polo shirt with a red embroidered number "1" and a blue cap.
Deposit contract
We will sign a contract with dated photographs of the vehicle's condition.
Fully comprehensive insurance
From this moment your vehicle is covered by our insurance during the transfer.
Important: Keep the parking ticket and keys safe until handover.
4 Vehicle Return Upon Your Arrival
1. Call us
Once you have landed and collected your luggage (never before), call us with your vehicle model and license plate.

2. Go up to Departures
From the arrivals hall (lower floor), take the elevator or ramp to the departures terminal (upper floor). Do not go outside.
3. Collect your car
At the same point where you dropped it off (Meeting Point 2, opposite RITAZZA), our operator will be waiting with your clean vehicle. This is when you pay for the service.
Waiting time: In less than 15 minutes we will be at the meeting point with your vehicle.

Inform us of changes: If you are running late or early compared to your booking time, call us so we can offer you the best service.

Departures terminal: Head to the upper level of the airport. Take the ticket at the Express Parking barrier and continue to the interior, at Meeting Point 2 (Punto de Concentración Nº2), opposite RITAZZA, where our staff will be waiting to pick up your vehicle.

Identification: We wear a green polo shirt with a red number "1" and a blue cap. We will recognise your car by make, license plate, model and colour.

Contract and insurance: We will sign a contract with photographs of the vehicle's condition. From that moment it is covered by our fully comprehensive insurance.
We return your car

Collect luggage first: When you land and have your suitcases (never before), call us with just the model and license plate.

No checked luggage: When you exit the plane, call us and head to the arrivals terminal. Go up to the upper floor (departures) via elevator, stairs or ramps. Do not go outside yet.

Meeting point: In less than 15 minutes we will be at the same point where you dropped off your vehicle, inside the EXPRESS PARKING at Meeting Point 2 (Punto de Concentración Nº2), opposite RITAZZA.

Service payment: This is when you pay for the service and receive the keys and the Express Parking ticket so you can exit.
